Privacy Policy

Draft — last updated 14 August 2026. This is a starting template, not reviewed by a lawyer. Have it checked before publishing, especially regarding UK/EU data protection (UK GDPR) given the £ pricing and likely user base.

1. What we collect

  • Discord and Telegram user IDs, used to assign and revoke membership roles
  • Email address, if provided at signup through Whop
  • Payment and subscription status — handled entirely by Whop; Vireon never receives or stores card details
  • Basic usage data (which channels you're active in) for the purpose of running the community, not for external sale

2. What we don't collect

Vireon does not collect wallet private keys, seed phrases, exchange account credentials, or AxiomPro login details. Vireon never asks for these, and any message claiming otherwise inside Discord or Telegram should be treated as a scam and reported.

3. How data is used

Data is used to operate membership access (granting and revoking Discord/Telegram roles based on Whop subscription status), to communicate service updates, and to improve the signal pipeline. Data is not sold to third parties.

4. Third parties

Whop processes payments and manages subscription billing under its own privacy policy. Discord and Telegram operate under their own respective privacy policies for any data you share directly on those platforms.

5. Data retention

Account and membership data is retained for as long as your membership is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of, or deletion of, the data Vireon holds about you by contacting through the Vireon Discord community.
