1. What Vireon is

Vireon is a signal-distribution service. It identifies Solana tokens using automated detection, safety verification, and scoring, and distributes signal cards to members via Discord and Telegram. Vireon does not execute trades, hold funds, or manage any member's wallet or exchange account.

2. Membership

Vireon Access is free. Vireon Elite is a paid monthly subscription billed and managed through Whop. By subscribing to Elite, you agree to Whop's own terms of service in addition to these terms.

3. No financial advice

Nothing distributed by Vireon — signal cards, scores, narrative or market breakdowns, watchlist entries, or guides — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Vireon is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. All trading decisions are made independently by the member, entirely at their own discretion and risk.

4. No guarantee of results

Past signal outcomes, published on the Track Record page or elsewhere, are historical only and are not a guarantee or prediction of future performance. Digital assets, and Solana memecoins specifically, are extremely volatile and can lose all value.

5. Cancellation

Elite membership can be cancelled at any time through your Whop account. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued unless required by law or by Whop's own billing policies.

6. Acceptable use

Members agree not to redistribute, resell, or publicly republish signal content intended for paying members, and not to use Vireon's Discord or Telegram communities to harass other members or to promote unrelated projects without permission.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the Discord community and reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
