Access members see every signal outside wallet alerts on a 30-minute delay, redacted. Elite members see it the moment it clears review. Once real signals exist, each entry in the log above will show that gap directly — the actual time between an Elite member getting the full card and the same signal appearing, delayed, on Access. This isn't a marketing framing; it's simply how the product already works.
